To help you jump-start your search and make the most of your new resume, we will send a personalized email to a targeted list of recruiters and headhunters based on your ideal positions, industries, locations, and salary requirements. 

 

Our list includes more than 30,000 US-based recruiters and executive headhunters. 

 

This service includes:

  • Custom cover letter tailored to a recruiter audience

  • E-mail distribution of your cover letter and resume to 800 to 2,500 recruiters 

  • Spreadsheet that includes everyone’s name, firm, and contact information for follow-up

 

Note: Results of this service depend on each person's role, work history, and target positions. We find that clients in technology, finance, and SaaS industries who are currently employed have the best results. This service is typically not a good choice for clients looking to switch careers or industries.

INTERVIEW COACHING

If it’s been a while since you have had to do a formal interview or if you have a difficult situation to prepare messaging for, our interview coaching can help you prepare to make sure you do your best.

 

Each 45-minute session includes:

 

  • Specific questions based on your industry, role, company, or areas of concern

  • Skype or video call where we go through questions and develop messaging together

  • Follow-up notes after our call including the messaging and answers we developed together

  • Thank-you note template for use after your interview

 

Note: Most clients schedule two calls. One to prepare their message together and another that is structured like a formal interview for practice delivering answers.
