Michelle brings diverse experience including a 15-year tenure with Lowe’s, a Fortune 50-ranked market leader, where she led sales efforts at the regional, national, and international levels for multibillion-dollar programs. ​Following her corporate career, Michelle launched, led, and profitably sold an award-winning natural grocery store brand. As a former D&S client now in semi-retirement, Michelle joined the firm to put her years of experience as a hiring manager and business leader, as well as her creative energy and passion for connecting with others to good use working with our global clients.

Blessing Adaugo works directly with the D&S leadership team to manage social media, provide marketing, event, and administrative support, and serve in a self-appointed role as our internal team cheerleader and chief morale booster. She earned her bachelor’s degree in public administration as well as a variety of certifications in digital marketing, project management, and more.

Norma Dávila brings an authenticity, commitment to service, and deep expertise in career management to her work with senior-level clients across all industries. Norma’s work is greatly enhanced by her PhD in Psychology from the University of Chicago and her bachelor’s degree from Yale University. Lesley Hunter is a master’s-educated Certified Professional Resume Writer (CPRW) who has constructed thousands of winning resumes helping candidates to land their dream jobs in over 30 industries. As a career industry expert, she has led numerous resume and career workshops for universities, professional groups and nonprofits. She earned a Master's Degree in International Business, her Bachelor's Degree in Economics, and is a member of the Professional Association of Resume Writers & Career Coaches (PARW/CC) and Women’s Media Group (WMG).   When Lesley is not writing stand-out career documents, she may be playing piano as she is a classically trained pianist since age four.  She is also a lover of languages and, in addition to being a dual citizen (American and European Union/Italian), Lesley is fluent in English and French, with conversational proficiency in Italian.
