Norma Dávila, Ph.D.

Norma Dávila brings an authenticity, commitment to service, and deep expertise in career management to her work with senior-level clients across all industries.

Norma’s work is greatly enhanced by her PhD in Psychology from the University of Chicago and her bachelor’s degree from Yale University. Her industry-leading certifications include, Certified Career Transition Coach (CCTC), and Certified Interview and Compensation Negotiation Coach (CICNC), both from Career Thought Leaders, as well as a Certified Professional Career Coach (CPCC) and a Certified Professional Resume Writer (CPRW), both through the Professional Association of Resume Writers and Career Coaches (PARWCC). Additionally, she formerly held the designation as a Senior Certified Professional for the Society of Human Resource Management (SHRM-SCP).

Norma co-authored several books for the Association of Talent Development (ATD) and was a contributor to the Career Thought Leaders Consortium, Careers Industry Trends Report: 5 Career Industry Megatrends for 2022, and 2023.  She has also been an international speaker for organizations such as SHRM, Ellevate, ATD, and many others, in addition to having served on Aon's Best Employers of Puerto Rico Selection Committee.
